Fast Folding Design

You only need to start from the lowest side panel connected to the base and push each panel down in sequence. In less than one minute, the whole box folds flat, so you can store these plastic pallet boxes neatly in a warehouse corner and free up more floor space for daily operations.

Stable Box Structure

This foldable storage box can be stacked when open and also when folded, which gives you more flexibility in storage and return handling. For safe use, we recommend stacking no more than 6 units under static load and 2 units under dynamic load.

Easy Side Access

With two opposite drop doors and ergonomic locks, you can reach goods from both sides more easily, even when the box is stacked. This helps you reduce repeated lifting and makes daily picking faster and more efficient.

Low Return Costs

When folded, the height is only 295–325 mm, which is about 28%–30% of the full height. That means these bulk storage bins take up much less space during empty return transport, so they fit closed-loop logistics better and help you lower shipping costs.

Locking Side Panels

The side panels use an interlocking design, so they are easy to assemble without any tools. In most cases, your plastic pallet box will arrive ready to use, while the panel structure still gives you a simpler way to handle future maintenance.

Replaceable Parts

Because side panels, doors, and other parts can be replaced separately, you do not need to scrap the whole box when one part gets damaged. Instead, you can just replace the affected part and keep the rest in service, which helps you control long-term use costs.

Label Holder

Both the long and short sides can be fitted with label holders, so you can mark product information clearly and make warehouse zoning and batch management easier for your team.

Printing Area

A flat printing area is reserved on the box, which gives you space for barcodes or logo printing. If you need brand identification, we can also adjust the logo color and complete the printing at our factory before shipment.

Warning Line

A warning line is built into the bottom area, so forklift operators can identify the fork entry position more quickly. This helps reduce unnecessary impact on the box during daily handling.

Optional Lid

A lid is available when your goods need better dust protection, cleaner storage, or closed transport. It is an extra-cost option, but still a practical choice when your application needs more protection.

Bottom Options

This 1210 collapsible pallet container is available with two base options, so you can choose the structure that fits your operation better: 8 feet for floor storage and general warehouse turnover, or 3 runners for more stable support in standard warehouse handling.

Easy to Clean

The inside surface is smooth and open, with no hard-to-clean hidden corners, so daily washing is more convenient. You can clean the box with water, preferably at low pressure, and then let it dry naturally in a ventilated area through its built-in air holes.

Recyclable Material

Both 1210A and 1210B are made from recyclable material, so they not only support hundreds of reuse cycles in your operation, but can also enter your local recycling system after long-term service.
