Do you provide free samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer free samples for quality evaluation. While the sample box itself is free of charge, the shipping/freight cost can be negotiated or arranged via your collect freight account (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

What is the lead time for production and shipping readiness?
Our standard production lead time is 7 to 15 days after receipt of the deposit. Once production is completed, the goods will be packed and immediately ready for shipment.
We accept T/T for most bulk orders, typically with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. L/C is available for larger orders, while PayPal and Western Union suit smaller or urgent orders.
Standard orders take 7–15 business days, depending on quantity and customization. Custom orders take 20–30 business days when mould development or design confirmation is required.
Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders. Delivery normally takes 10–30 days, depending on the destination, shipping route and customs clearance. We arrange bulk shipments to make the best use of container space.
The minimum order quantity for our Rigid Pallet Boxes, Pallet Sleeve Boxes, and Collapsible Pallet Boxes is 50 pieces. For Dry Ice Containers and Insulated Fish Boxes, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
Our production capacity reaches 200 bulk containers per week.
We can ship from Qingdao, Shanghai and other major Chinese ports. The departure port is selected according to product availability, destination and shipping schedule.
