Our reversible plastic pallets use the same double-sided structure on both sides. The flat double-sided load surface creates a larger contact area with your goods, so it provides more complete bottom support than 9-leg pallets. These double sided plastic pallets work well for high-frequency load stacking, heavy-duty warehouse circulation, and automated conveyor systems. We can supply different structures and load ratings based on your handling and storage needs.
Enlightening Pallet offers more than one production method for reversible plastic pallets. With 60+ production machines and multiple molding processes, we can supply one-piece injection molded and blow molded double sided plastic pallets based on your budget, load, and use case. For added flexibility, we use seamless welding and assembly processes to solve the production limits of double-sided pallet structures. We can also customize pallet colors for warehouse zoning, match your brand color, adjust load ratings, and modify the bottom structure.
Some models already reach 6T static load without steel tubes. When your project needs higher strength, optional steel reinforcement can add another 500kg–1T of load capacity. This gives your pallets stronger support for heavy block stacking, rack storage, forklift handling, and automated warehouse systems.
Enlightening Pallet can adjust the HDPE/PP formula for your working conditions. For cold storage, we add low-temperature impact modifiers to reduce cracking risk. For outdoor use, we add UV stabilizers and antioxidants to slow sun aging. For high-temperature workshops, we use heat-resistant modified materials; for fire-risk projects, we can add flame-retardant materials. These options help your pallets keep more stable strength and size during long-term reuse.

1. Raw Material Selection: We choose virgin or recycled HDPE / PP by your order, and adjust the formula for cold storage, outdoor, high heat, flame-retardant, or anti-static use.
2. Color Mixing: We add color masterbatch by order. Regular colors include blue, black, grey, and orange. Your brand color can also be matched.
3. Injection or Blow Molding: We make pallets by injection molding or blow molding. Injection molding gives tighter size control; blow molding gives better impact resistance.
4. Cooling and Trimming: Molded pallets are cooled and shaped, then trimmed to remove burrs and rough edges for a cleaner finish and safer handling.
5. Assembly or Welding: Some reversible plastic pallets need base installation, top-and-bottom welding, or module assembly to form the final double-sided pallet.
6. Post-Molding Processing: We add built-in or external steel tubes for higher racking load and stiffness. Snap-fit pads are pressed into reserved holes, and strip anti-slip pads can be welded into long grooves for stronger load contact.
7. Final Quality Check: After production, we check size, weight, appearance, weld points, bottom structure, anti-slip pads, and fork openings.
8. Pallet Test Simulation: We make one extra pallet for 6T static load, three-pallet forklift dynamic load, unsupported rack simulation, and drop testing. The report can be sent to you.
