Enlightening Pallet mainly provides 2 types of stackable plastic pallets for you: 6-runner plastic pallets and reversible plastic pallets. Both types have a large contact area when stacked, can stay stable whether empty or fully loaded. When empty, these stackable pallets can be vertically stacked up to 10 layers. When loaded, they can support up to 3 layers of stacking.
This pallet has a 6-runner bottom, also called 6-runner plastic pallets. The fork channel supports 4-way entry, suitable for forklifts and pallet trucks. With its stable full perimeter base, this pallet is also suitable for AS/RS, automated systems, conveyor lines, and similar handling systems.
This double-sided plastic pallet has the same flat pallet surface on both sides. The key benefit of a reversible plastic pallet is that both sides can be used. If your factory runs with frequent pallet handling, a double-sided pallet is a practical choice.
Injection Molding Process
Blow Molding Process
We use injection molding and blow molding processes to manufacture stackable plastic pallets.
Our one-piece stackable plastic pallets are mainly produced by high-pressure injection molding. This helps the pallet keep strong structural performance and support 7–10 years of frequent stacking use. We also injection mold the pallet deck and base separately, then assemble them with PP components. For larger pallet sizes, we also use hot plate welding. With plastic pallet hot plate welding equipment, the welding surfaces are melted by a heated plate, then the two pallet parts are pressed together by hydraulic pressure. This process helps us achieve a more uniform weld.
Our blow molded pallet range is produced with hollow blow molding machines. Each pallet has reinforced ribs inside. Blow molded pallets can support heavy-duty stacking without steel tubes. If you need higher load capacity, we can increase the pallet weight properly. The blow molded pallets offer stronger impact resistance than injection molded stackable pallets, making them better suited for rough logistics handling. This helps you spend more time improving efficiency and less time worrying about pallet maintenance.
