Our reversible plastic pallet’s fully closed deck prevents dust, liquid, and microbial residue from passing through or accumulating within the structure — a design requirement for food, pharmaceutical, and medical supply chains. The smooth, non-porous surface supports rapid washdown and is compatible with common industrial cleaning agents, disinfectants, and alkaline or acidic solutions used in regulated facilities. Because we manufacture this pallet from 100% virgin HDPE, the material is free from recycled-content contaminants that could compromise food-contact compliance. This makes our reversible plastic pallets a direct-fit solution for operations subject to HACCP, GMP, or regular hygiene audits.

Reversible plastic pallets carry certification across ISO 9001, SGS, RoHS, FDA, CE, REACH, UN, CTT EN-840, and GRS, covering quality management, chemical safety, food contact, hazardous goods transport, and sustainable material sourcing. As plastic pallets, our H1212PSC units are fully exempt from ISPM 15, meaning they require no heat treatment or methyl bromide fumigation before crossing international borders — a logistical and cost advantage over wooden pallets that applies to all 40+ countries and regions we currently supply. This exemption simplifies export documentation and eliminates the scheduling delays associated with phytosanitary compliance for every shipment.

Our reversible plastic pallets are built for a service life of 5 to 10 years under normal warehouse and logistics conditions, with zero maintenance cost — no nailing, splinter removal, or surface treatment required between cycles. The 100% virgin HDPE construction maintains dimensional stability and mechanical strength over hundreds of reuse cycles. At end of life, the material is fully recyclable, and our GRS certification confirms traceability of the recycled material stream for customers with sustainability reporting requirements.

Our pallet dimensions of 1200 × 1200 × 150 mm (with a runner height of 85 mm and fork entry openings of 200 mm on all four sides) conform to the ISO 6780 standard square pallet format, which is recognized and supported by major automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) manufacturers globally. The uniform deck geometry and consistent 150 mm total height allow our pallets to run reliably on conveyor induction systems, shuttle-based AS/RS, and stacker-crane installations without the dimensional variance that causes mis-sensing or jams.

We offer three factory-configurable material additive options for customers with environment-specific requirements: UV stabilizers for outdoor storage or exposure to direct sunlight, flame-retardant additives meeting fire safety standards required in enclosed warehouses and hazardous goods facilities, and anti-static additives for electronics manufacturing, semiconductor handling, or any operation where electrostatic discharge presents a product damage or safety risk.
