• This blow molding plastic pallet is formed in a single continuous cycle, producing a hollow structure with uniform wall thickness and no joints, no weld lines, and no assembly seams. Unlike multi-part injection-molded pallets, the absence of bonded interfaces eliminates the most common structural failure points, maintaining consistent load distribution across the full 1200×1200mm deck surface through repeated handling cycles.

• Manufactured from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this blow molding plastic pallet delivers reliable impact resistance during forklift tine entry, corner contact, and drop events. HDPE’s semi-crystalline molecular structure resists sudden shock without fracturing. The material is non-porous, chemically inert against acids, alkalis, and most industrial solvents, and compliant with FDA and REACH standards for food-grade and pharmaceutical logistics.

• Integrated internal ribs distribute applied stress across the full cross-section of the pallet body, enabling a verified static load capacity of 6,000 kg and a dynamic load capacity of 1,500 kg under standard operating conditions. Racking capacity is rated at 500 kg on beam rack systems. These load figures are tested and documented under ISO 9001 quality management protocols. The rib geometry also maintains deck flatness under sustained floor stacking loads, reducing deformation risk in high-density storage configurations.

• The HDPE material grade used in this blow molding plastic pallet retains its mechanical properties across a verified operating range of -40°C to +70°C, and tolerates high-pressure hot water cleaning at up to 90°C without surface deformation or dimensional change. At low temperatures, HDPE maintains impact toughness without becoming brittle—a property that PP-based pallets do not consistently deliver below -20°C. This thermal stability supports use in outdoor yards, heated warehouses, temperature-variable distribution networks, and hygienic environments requiring regular steam or hot water sanitation.

• The two-sided structural design allows either face to function as the load-bearing deck, distributing surface wear and abrasion evenly across both sides during circulation. Blow-molded HDPE pallets of this type have a documented average service life of 6–8 years under regular warehouse operation, compared to 3–5 years for standard wooden pallets. The reversible design effectively extends usable life by reducing concentrated wear on a single surface.
