Manufactured from premium 100% virgin HDPE / PP using injection molding and welding technology, it delivers excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability, and durability in demanding logistics environments.

Raised safety lip around the closed deck helps prevent cartons, sacks, crates, and containers from shifting or sliding during transportation, forklift handling, and warehouse operations. When stacking empty pallets, the safety lips also help improve interlocking stability, reducing movement and enhancing storage safety.

Its closed deck surface provides a smooth and continuous loading platform, making it especially suitable for cartons, shrink-wrapped products, paper packaging, and bagged goods. The non-absorbent surface is easy to clean and supports industries with higher hygiene requirements.

To improve durability in daily operations, the pallet features rounded corner protection that helps absorb impacts from forklifts and warehouse equipment. Curved forklift entry openings reduce wear on pallet edges while allowing smoother fork engagement, extending service life in high-frequency handling environments.

Built with a robust 3-runner structure and reinforced with five galvanized steel bars, the pallet achieves up to 6,000 kg static load capacity, 2,000 kg dynamic load capacity, and 1,500 kg racking load capacity. The reinforced design provides excellent stability for floor stacking, selective racking, drive-in racking, and automated storage systems.

The 4-way entry design allows efficient access from both forklifts and pallet jacks, improving handling productivity and reducing loading errors. Consistent dimensions and structural stability also make the pallet suitable for conveyor systems, AS/RS installations, AGVs, and other automated material handling equipment.

An optional integrated RFID chip location supports pallet tracking, inventory visibility, and modern warehouse management systems.
