Yes. We offer OEM/ODM customization, including pallet size, weight, deck design, color, reinforcement, logo, and printing. Custom molds are also available for specific applications.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can provide free samples for evaluation. For new custom designs, we also offer free mold development under applicable order terms. Sample shipping costs can be negotiated based on the order and destination.

What is the lead time?

Standard orders are usually ready for shipment within 7–15 days after receiving the deposit. Custom orders may require additional time depending on mold development and production requirements.

Do you provide global delivery?

Yes. We ship plastic pallets worldwide and support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU shipping terms.

Can this rackable pallet be used in other industries?

Yes, it can be used in automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) when the pallet dimensions, weight, stiffness, and load distribution meet the system requirements. We can customize the pallet for specific conveyor, ASRS, AGV, or automated handling systems.

Can the pallet be stacked when not in the rack?

Yes. The pallet is stackable when empty or when used with suitable loads. Stack height and load limits should be determined according to the application. 

Can the pallet be used in cold storage?

Yes. HDPE/PP plastic pallets can be used across a wide temperature range. This model is rated for approximately -40°C to 70°C, subject to load and application conditions. 

How do I confirm whether this pallet is suitable for my racking system?
