Can these pallet boxes be customized?
Yes! We’re ODM/OEM supplier with our own factory, support customize service. This pallet box can come with vented holes, casters, lids, drain pipes. Other features like size, bottom, walls, and door can all can be customized.
Are they still stackable after adding optional casters?
Absolutely. The base is designed with caster alignment grooves, ensuring safe, stable multi-layer stacking even with wheels attached.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

What is the typical production lead time?
Standard models are usually in stock and ready to ship within 3–7 business days. Custom or large-volume orders typically take 15–20 days depending on the quantity.
Do you support overseas shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our folded packaging design maximizes container space to lower freight costs, and we fully assist with export customs procedures.
We accept T/T for most bulk orders, typically with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. L/C is available for larger orders, while PayPal and Western Union suit smaller or urgent orders.
Standard orders take 7–15 business days, depending on quantity and customization. Custom orders take 20–30 business days when mould development or design confirmation is required.
Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders. Delivery normally takes 10–30 days, depending on the destination, shipping route and customs clearance. We arrange bulk shipments to make the best use of container space.
The minimum order quantity for our Rigid Pallet Boxes, Pallet Sleeve Boxes, and Collapsible Pallet Boxes is 50 pieces. For Dry Ice Containers and Insulated Fish Boxes, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
Our production capacity reaches 200 bulk containers per week.
