Product Advantages

Closed Deck Surface

The top and bottom decks use a solid surface. Small packages and soft bagged goods will not sink into grid openings, and the pallet is easier to clean during daily warehouse use.

Internal Grid Reinforcement

The pallet keeps grid ribs inside the body. This structure controls pallet weight and material cost while keeping the deck support needed for heavy loads.

Forklift Compatible

The 86mm fork entry height and ramp-style fork openings allow smooth 4-way forklift entry. If your operation needs pallet jack use, please tell us before ordering. We can redesign the center structure with reserved clearance or another pallet jack-friendly option.

Welded Construction

We injection mold the two pallet halves separately, then weld them into one solid body with no metal connectors. This process gives the pallet more stable dimensional control.

Stronger Anti-Slip Option

The pallet comes with standard round anti-slip pads. We also reserve three grooves on the deck, so long strip anti-slip pads can be welded in when your load needs stronger grip.

Rounded Corner Design

All four corners use a rounded design. Compared with sharp wooden pallet corners, the rounded corners handle equipment impact better and slow down damage from daily forklift contact.

Applications

Heavy-duty block stacking: Use this pallet for floor stacking cartons, bagged goods, drums, and other heavy packaged loads. The static load can reach 6T when the load is evenly spread.

Rack storage: The reinforced version can reach up to 1T racking load for beam racks, unsupported racks, and AS/RS storage. Please check your rack span and load weight before bulk orders.

European warehouse circulation: The 1200×1000mm EUR2 footprint works for UK and European warehouses, distribution centers, retail storage, and industrial handling.

Cold storage and damp warehouses: The HDPE/PP body does not absorb water, grow mold, or shed wood chips. You can use it for frozen goods, cold-chain storage, and damp warehouse areas.

Export shipments: This non-wood plastic pallet is ISPM-15 exempt, so your export order does not need wood pallet fumigation or heat treatment.

Food and pharmaceutical packaged goods: The closed deck keeps cartons, beverage boxes, and pharma packages away from inner rib areas. It is also easier to clean after daily use.
