This 1200×800mm Heavy Duty Plastic Euro Pallet is built for European warehouse handling, rack storage, automated material flow, and clean logistics use. Before bulk use, please confirm your rack span, load distribution, and handling equipment size.

Compatible equipment: Works with forklifts, manual pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, and order pickers.

Fork entry: 4-way entry gives your team more flexibility in warehouse aisles, loading areas, and transfer points.

Automated system use: Suitable for conveyor systems, pallet transfer lines, and automated warehouse handling equipment.

Rack use: You can use this pallet on unsupported pallet racks when 4 steel reinforcement bars are added.

AS/RS use: Suitable for automated storage and retrieval systems with the reinforced configuration.

Suitable Goods for This Model

You can use this pallet for cartons, FIBC bulk bags, drums, and other packaged goods in daily warehouse handling. The pallet body uses HDPE/PP material and does not absorb water, so it can also carry frozen products without the moisture problems often seen with wooden pallets.

Is this plastic Euro pallet recyclable?
Yes. This pallet is made from virgin HDPE/PP resin and is fully recyclable. After use, you can send it to your local recycling facility or recycling company, and the material can be processed for reuse.

How many layers can this pallet be stacked?
With goods loaded, this pallet can be stacked in 3 stable loaded groups under proper load conditions. For empty pallet stacking, we recommend no more than 30 pallets within 15 ft.

Do you provide samples for this pallet?
Yes. After we confirm your purchase plan, we can provide one free sample for testing. You only need to cover the freight cost.
