Product Advantage

Standard production uses 100% virgin HDPE or PP, delivering consistent wall thickness, color uniformity, and maximum impact resistance across all units in a batch. For customers with specific regulatory or budget requirements, the material spec can be adjusted to include: recycled-content resin (for GRS-certified supply chains), UV stabilizer additives (extending outdoor service life beyond the standard threshold), or flame-retardant (FR) compounds meeting IEC 60332 requirements.

As a fully plastic product, the reversible plastic pallets are permanently exempt from ISPM-15 phytosanitary regulations. Exporters can load, seal, and ship without scheduling a fumigation appointment, obtaining a phytosanitary certificate, or absorbing treatment costs that typically add USD 3–8 per pallet per shipment. This exemption applies to all 135+ IPPC member countries with no expiry.

Available in 6 standard colors (Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Black, White) plus custom RAL matching. Company logos, part numbers, or barcodes can be incorporated as embossed mold markings or pad-printed graphics directly onto the pallet surface, supporting warehouse color-coding systems, asset tracking programs, and brand visibility without adhesive labels that peel or void RFID tags.

The vented grid deck on both faces provides built-in frictional resistance that keeps standard palletized loads stable during transport — no anti-slip sheets needed for most applications. If your cargo requires extra grip, such as polybag-wrapped goods or liquid-filled containers, we can add rubber anti-slip pads on the deck surface to increase friction between the pallet and your load. Dimensional Details & Automation Compatibility

The reversible plastic pallets are engineered to be compatible with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems and powered conveyor lines without modification. Key interfacing dimensions are as follows:
