Product advantages of Stackable Plastic Pallet

The stackable plastic pallet features a full-coverage grid deck surface that increases friction contact area compared to solid-top designs. Embedded rubber anti-slip pads are integrated directly into the deck, providing additional grip resistance under dynamic load conditions up to 1,500kg. This dual-layer anti-slip structure minimizes load shift during forklift operation and pallet jack handling.

Manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP), this stackable plastic pallet delivers proven resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and common industrial solvents. Both materials are inherently moisture-proof and non-absorbent, eliminating the risk of warping, swelling, or microbial growth associated with wood pallets. Validated operating temperature range: -40°C to +70°C.

As a plastic pallet, the ENL-B-1515C is fully exempt from ISPM 15 phytosanitary treatment requirements. No heat treatment, fumigation, or certification mark is required for international shipment, reducing export compliance cost and lead time.

This stackable plastic pallet is manufactured under ISO 9001-certified quality management systems and independently verified by SGS. It meets FDA requirements for food-contact materials, carries CE and REACH compliance for EU market entry, and is GRS-certified for recycled content traceability. Additional standards met: ROHS, UN, CTT EN-840.

The stackable plastic pallet withstands cleaning water temperatures up to 90°C and is compatible with high-pressure washing equipment. Standard industrial detergents and disinfectants can be applied without surface degradation. The vented grid deck design allows water and cleaning agents to drain freely, reducing drying time and preventing residue buildup — making this pallet suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical handling environments where hygiene protocols are enforced.
