Manufactured using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) via precision injection molding, this pallet offers superior molecular tightness, making it naturally resistant to moisture and chemical absorption. Its high impact strength prevents cracking under forklifts or drops, while maintaining structural stability from -40°C to +70°C, ideal for cold chains and harsh warehouses.

Reinforced Reversible Design

This reversible plastic pallet features identical flat decks on both sides, allowing dual-use and reducing surface wear over time. In automated systems, it eliminates orientation restrictions—preventing misfeeds or robotic picking errors, improving uptime and pallet turnover efficiency.

Heavy Duty Base for Load Security

The rackable structure includes closed-loop runners and welded corner joints, distributing weight across all contact points. This eliminates stress concentration zones, minimizing bending or sagging under high rack or static loads—essential for full-load stability in racking systems.

Anti-Slip Inserts Integrated

12 anti-slip rubber pads are precision-embedded at corners and center zones of the deck during molding. These inserts generate friction against smooth packaging bases (e.g., cartons, IBCs), effectively preventing shifts during forklift braking, vertical stacking, or conveyor acceleration.

Closed Deck for Hygiene-Critical Use

The seamless, non-vented top surface resists liquid ingress and dirt accumulation. Designed to be easy to clean and bacteria-repellent, it is ideal for sterile operations such as food packaging, pharmaceutical batching, and electronics handling where hygiene is non-negotiable.

Structural Welding for Long-Term Durability

Deck and runners are joined via high-frequency thermal welding, forming a uniform, sealed structure. Unlike bolt-assembled pallets, this method avoids loose connections and ensures resistance to cracking or detachment after long-term dynamic use.

Customizable Steel Reinforcement

Internal runners support insertion of 4 to 8 steel tubes, enhancing bending resistance under rack or forklift pressure. Pipes are locked into pre-molded channels, ensuring no shifting during transport, and materials like stainless steel are available for corrosive or food-grade environments.

4-Way Forklift Access

The pallet features entry slots on all four sides with angled lead-in ramps and reinforced tunnels, allowing forklifts to glide in smoothly without resistance. This ensures fast, seamless operations in tight spaces, accelerating racking, unloading, and high-frequency warehouse movement.

Mold & Branding Customization
