Flat and Stable Surface Design Although the top deck is ventilated, the surface remains completely flat. Each section is precisely molded and aligned, so you won’t face any uneven joints that cause goods to tilt or shift. This gives you the stability needed for safe stacking in automated or high-bay storage systems.
Anti-Slip Pad Ready for Safer Handling We’ve designed five main ribs along the narrow sides, each with preset slots for anti-slip pads. You can install them easily to prevent slipping—especially useful if you’re storing drums, plastic containers, or other smooth-surfaced goods in sloped or racked environments.
Extendable with Interlocking Ends Need to handle oversized materials? You can connect modules from either end thanks to our easy-fit interlocking structure. No tools are required, and you can extend the pallet on site to suit your storage layout or goods dimensions without delay.
Edge Protection Available When Needed If you want added safety, optional side bars can be installed around all four edges to prevent items from sliding off. They’re typically yellow but fully customizable. Keep in mind: once installed, edge bars block further extensions unless removed.
Best for Racking and Static Use, Not Export Loads This pallet performs best in racking and static storage applications—handling up to 6000kg in static loads, 2000kg in dynamic loads and 1000kg on racks. However, it’s not recommended for export use due to its larger size and 150mm height, which limit container efficiency.
