Q1: Will nested pallets stick together during stacking, and how can they be easily separated when unloaded?
A1: No, they won’t. The pallets are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a material with a naturally smooth, non-adhesive surface. Combined with our precision-engineered nesting angle, this design prevents jamming or suction during stacking. Even after long-term compression, pallets remain easy to separate manually or by forklift.

Q2: How many reuse cycles can a blow-molded pallet typically achieve under normal factory use?
A2: We usually don’t define performance by cycle count, because each pallet carries a three-year warranty under standard industrial conditions. With proper handling and storage, many clients continue to use the same batch for over five years without visible wear.

Q3: Is it possible to add anti-slip pads or surface texture for smoother handling of shrink-wrapped goods?
A3: Yes. Optional anti-slip inserts or embossed surface patterns can be integrated during production. These upgrades improve grip for shrink-wrapped or bagged goods without affecting the pallet’s nestable design or weight.
