Our Dry Ice Storage Container is made from LLDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) or PU Foam (Polyurethane), with an insulation layer thickness of up to 90mm, providing excellent thermal insulation. This effectively reduces heat transfer, slows dry ice sublimation, and prevents spoilage of fresh goods. Additionally, these materials can withstand extreme cold temperatures without cracking.
We use silicone seals or rubber gaskets to prevent air leakage between the lid and the container body. The silicone material remains flexible even in low temperatures, ensuring a secure seal without compromise.
Our dry ice containers also come with an adjustable latch system, offering stronger clamping force to ensure the lid stays tightly closed. This prevents the dry ice inside from escaping due to temperature changes or transport vibrations, maintaining consistent sealing throughout the journey.
We also offer the option to add high-load casters, reducing the burden of manual handling and minimizing the risk of damage during transport.
