Rackable & Automated Handling Ready

The consistent 1219 × 1016 mm (48″ × 40″) dimensions provide excellent compatibility with warehouse systems. The 4-way entry design supports forklifts and pallet jacks, while the stable runner structure allows use in racking systems, conveyors, and automated warehouses.

Replaceable Component Design

Unlike one-piece pallets, the assembled structure allows individual components to be replaced when damaged. This design extends pallet service life and helps reduce long term maintenance and replacement costs.

Anti Slip Surface Protection

Integrated anti slip textures on the deck and runner areas improve cargo stability during transportation. The raised safety lip around the pallet edge helps prevent cartons, bags, and containers from shifting during handling.

Durable HDPE / PP Construction

Manufactured from 100% virgin HDPE or PP material, our plastic pallet provides high impact resistance, moisture protection, and dimensional stability. Compared with wooden pallets, it eliminates nails, splinters, and board damage.

Customization for Logistics Needs

Available customization options include RFID slots, logo molding, color coding, steel reinforcement, and custom configurations. Different materials, colors, and load capacities can be developed according to application requirements.
