We design the right nestable plastic pallet for each logistics model. For demanding return logistics, our virgin HDPE and PP pallets deliver the strength and durability needed for repeated use. For one-way shipping, our cost-efficient pallets use a controlled proportion of recycled material, helping you reduce packaging costs when returning empty pallets simply does not make business sense.
Our range covers 1219 × 1016, 1200 × 1000, 1200 × 800 and 1100 × 1000 mm, and we can build a custom nine-leg pallet entirely around your operation. We optimize the foot structure and nesting pitch to match your warehouse height, cargo, handling equipment, trucks and containers—so every stack holds more empty pallets and every square metre works harder. Our virgin HDPE nestable plastic pallets can deliver 7–10 years of service under normal operating conditions. Recycled HDPE models commonly support more than ten reuse cycles, depending on load and handling.

No. Standard nine-leg nestable pallets are better suited to floor storage and transportation. Even with additional skids, they are not the best choice for racking. We recommend a rackable plastic pallet or full perimeter pallet for rack storage.
Yes, on compatible models. Most provide four-way forklift entry. Pallet-jack access depends on foot spacing, opening height and floor conditions, so confirm your equipment before ordering.
Elegir HDPE for impact resistance and cold environments. PP offers greater stiffness and performs well in warmer conditions. We select the material according to temperature, load and reuse frequency.

Yes. We can customize the length, width and height, material additives, color, logo, anti-slip components, RFID tags and barcodes of your nestable pallets. For requirements that standard models cannot meet, we also provide custom mould development to create a pallet around your goods, equipment and handling process.
Stock and standard models are normally shipped within 7–15 días. Custom colors, printing, structures or moulds require additional production time confirmed before ordering.
