We accept T/T for most bulk orders, typically with a 30% deposit and the balance paid before shipment. L/C is available for larger orders, while PayPal and Western Union suit smaller or urgent orders.

Standard orders take 7–15 business days, depending on quantity and customization. Custom orders take 20–30 business days when mould development or design confirmation is required.

Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for bulk orders. Delivery normally takes 10–30 days, depending on the destination, shipping route and customs clearance. Pallets are nested and secured to maximize container space.

The minimum order quantity for our plastic pallets is 300 pieces.

Yes. We can provide one plastic pallet sample free of charge. You only need to pay the shipping cost.
