• Size: 1100 x 1100 x 150 mm, 4-way entry for both forklifts and pallet jacks, highly stable, stackable and rackable 6-runner base architecture (non reversible/double-deck format).
• Deck: Open grid/grille deck surface engineered for optimum airflow, drainage, and fast industrial wash-downs.
• Material: Heavy-duty High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP), available in virgin or recycled resins for excellent impact resistance and circular economy compliance.
• Capacity: 8 internal steel-reinforcement bars providing a maximum reinforced load profile of 6,000 kg Static / 1,500 kg Dynamic / 1,000 kg Racking capacity.
• Application: Sanitary food and beverage logistics, chemical warehousing, high-density block-stacking, automated warehouse racking, and extreme cold-chain storage (-40°C to 70°C).

Customized Option

Size: Pallet length, width, height, fork entry clearance, and structural rib thickness can be customized to match your racking or automated system.

Color: Pallets can be manufactured in standard industrial colors (blue, red, yellow, green, grey, white) or custom-matched to your specific corporate brand color.

Logo: Customized screen printing or embossed logos can be permanently added to the reserved flat tracking surfaces allowed by the mold for supply chain traceability.

Safety Rims: Anti-slip safety rims or peripheral perimeter lips can be raised, lowered, or added around the deck edges to prevent goods or crates from shifting during transit.

Accessories: Internal reinforced steel tubes, anti-skid rubber pads, RFID tag slots, and barcode label areas can be integrated to upgrade your smart logistics.

Weight: Pallet structural weight and corresponding load capacities can be increased by utilizing higher-density engineered materials or modifying wall thickness.

Material: Available in 100% virgin HDPE/PP for sanitary, food-grade cold chain lines, or high-quality recycled (rPET/rPP) blends to lower costs for closed-loop shipping.
