Pallet Features

Strong Interlocking Assembly

We reserve connectable structures on each pallet module, and two modules lock together through the reserved slots and locking structures. This is somewhat similar to “building blocks” but much stronger, ensuring the pallet is not easily loosened during retail display, warehouse handling, or repeated layout adjustments.

Higher Load Capacity

These pallets provide a static load capacity of up to 6 tons. Compared with other Modular POP pallets, this helps deliver a longer service life when carrying most retail goods, and it can even support furniture samples in large retail stores.

Suitable for Different Retail Spaces

Our reconfigurable Modular POP Plastic Pallet helps you make better use of floor space in sales areas. Whether you run a compact supermarket, a wholesale store, or a large retail warehouse, you can adjust the pallet size to fit your aisle width, display zone, and product layout.

Custom Sizes Available

We have developed plastic modules in 2 cm size intervals, allowing us to assemble up to 3,000 pallet size combinations. This gives us strong confidence in covering most customer size requirements. The maximum size can reach 4000 mm × 4000 mm, while the smallest size can start from 400 mm.

Lower Mold Cost for Custom Projects

If your required size is not available, we can develop a custom module mold. In most cases, we only need to open a mold for a single module, then calculate the right assembly method to build the final pallet size. This means the mold cost for a reconfigurable Modular POP Plastic Pallet is usually lower than developing one full-size fixed Modular POP Plastic Pallet.

Lightweight and Easy to Handle

The pallet has a light self-weight, making manual handling easier for store and warehouse staff. Its multi-leg base structure also supports forklift and pallet truck operation, so you can use it for both manual movement and warehouse handling.

High Hygiene Performance

We use virgin HDPE/PP material with a controlled and consistent source. Because the material has no mixed impurities, the finished pallet has a cleaner color and a neater appearance, helping you maintain a better product display image. The pallet has no strong odor and no sharp edges, splinters, or nails commonly found in wood alternatives, so it is safer and cleaner for customer-facing retail areas.

Washable and Easy to Maintain

These pallets can be washed frequently during repeated movement between warehouse and store areas. They do not need special maintenance, helping you save time in daily retail and warehouse operations.

Lower Long-Term Use Cost

If local wear occurs after long-term use, you only need to replace the damaged module instead of replacing the whole pallet. This makes the reconfigurable plastic pallet more cost-efficient than traditional fixed Modular POP Pallets.

Customizable Options

• We can add contoured reinforced edge guards to reduce the risk of scratching staff or customers.
• We can install caster wheels and push-pull handles for faster movement between your warehouse and display area.
• We can add your brand logo by heat transfer printing or other suitable processes.
• We can embed multiple steel tubes to greatly improve the pallet’s service life and load performance.
• Standard colors such as blue and black are available in stock, and other colors can be customized.
• Recycled material is also available, but the load capacity is usually about 1–2 tons lower than virgin material.
