1400×1200mm Size: Your pallet surface increases by about 40% compared with a standard 1200×1000mm pallet. For concentrated stacking, you need fewer pallets and cut both purchase cost and storage cost.

Virgin HDPE Material: Our virgin HDPE gives the pallet stronger impact resistance, better low-temperature performance, and steadier long-term turnover. It suits chemical products, food ingredients, feed, and other applications with strict handling standards.

Single-Piece Injection + Welding: We injection mold each deck as one piece, then weld the upper and lower decks together. This keeps both sides consistent and reduces deformation and uneven loading problems on large-size pallets.

Thick Body + Dense Rib Reinforcement: This pallet does not chase light weight. We add more material and tighter ribs in the main load-bearing zones, allowing the pallet to reach about 4T static load without steel bars.

20 Built-In Steel Bars: For heavier bulk bags, racking storage, or long high-load turnover, our pallet accepts up to 20 internal steel bars. The bars stay hidden, the surface stays clean, and the reinforced load reaches 6000kg static, 2000kg dynamic, and 1000kg racking.

Reversible Structure: Both sides use the same load-bearing structure, and your forklift team does not need to check the top or bottom side during operation. For high-frequency turnover, production transfer, and warehouse stacking, this design can raise on-site handling efficiency by up to 50%.

Rack and Automation Compatible: Our stable bottom structure and larger contact area work well with heavy-duty racks, automated storage systems, conveyors, and factory logistics lines. If your system has special equipment requirements, we can adjust the pallet details around your rack or automation setup.

Vented Grid Deck: The grid deck allows better airflow under bagged cargo and helps reduce heat and moisture build-up during long storage. It works well for salt, flour, rice, feed, grain oil packaging, and other goods that need ventilation.

4-Way Forklift Entry: The standard model allows forklift entry from all four sides, which saves time during loading, unloading, and container work. If you need pallet jack use, we can customize hollow zones or wheel channels to prevent equipment mismatch after purchase.

Rounded Corner Protection: The four rounded corners reduce impact damage during forklift handling, wall-side stacking, and cargo contact. In high-frequency turnover, this detail lowers cracking risk compared with sharp-corner pallets and helps reduce replacement cost.

Barcode and Logo Area: We reserve side areas for barcode, serial number, and logo printing during production. Your pallets arrive ready for warehouse management, asset tracking, and brand identification, without extra labeling or outside printing work.
