The 4030 Solid Deck Pallet is designed for floor-level use. Its solid deck and raised base help protect against ground moisture in warehouses, cold storage areas, and outdoor staging spaces.
This pallet has a smooth finish and is made from virgin HDPE. It works well in supermarkets, trade shows, and exhibition spaces where products need to be displayed cleanly and professionally.
This model is not designed for splicing. However, you can place two units side by side. Each unit sits flat on the ground, so they line up neatly and create a larger display surface.
The open-grid base keeps the pallet light. This makes it easier to move by hand and helps reduce handling effort.
Built for repeated daily use, this pallet is durable and fully recyclable.

We usually ship this pallet upside down in stacked loads to save container space. Palletized loading helps keep each stack stable during transit. We secure every stack with stretch film and steel strapping. Individual carton packing is also available on request.
