Our Export Plastic Pallet uses a 9-leg pallet structure designed as a nestable pallet, so empty pallets nest into each other and occupy less space in storage and return logistics. This helps our customers reduce backhaul volume, keep export lanes cleaner, and improve warehouse staging efficiency when pallets return empty.

Our Nestable Plastic Pallet is a vented deck pallet, allowing water to drain and air to circulate through the deck. This supports faster drying after cleaning, reduces moisture retention in wet zones, and helps protect cartons and packaged goods that are sensitive to trapped humidity.

Plastic Pallet is produced in 1000 × 800 × 150 mm, with custom sizing available. This fixed footprint helps our customers standardize unit loads, improve handling consistency across sites, and reduce avoidable overhang that can lead to carton damage during export consolidation.

At 7.1 kg, our pallet reduces pallet tare weight in shipments while keeping daily handling easier for operators. This supports better loading efficiency and smoother movement in high-frequency export and distribution environments where every kilogram and every handling step matters.

Our Export Plastic Pallet supports a -40°C to 70°C usage temperature range. This helps our customers run the same pallet model across cold and hot handling zones, improving standardization and reducing the need to switch pallet types by season or region.

It supports 4-way entry for both forklifts and pallet jacks, giving operators access from any side. This reduces repositioning time at docks, improves maneuverability in tighter aisles, and helps keep loading and unloading cycles more predictable in export operations.
