What is the working principle of Printing Plastic Pallet?

A printing and converting pallet enables uninterrupted printing by integrating precision “sword slots” into the deck. During pile change on a sheetfed press, non-stop feed swords are inserted (manually by the operator or automatically by the press using sensors/electric eyes) into these slots to temporarily support the sheet stack while the pallet/stack is exchanged and the feeder keeps running. The pallet’s tight tolerances and flat, rigid top prevent pile shift, misfeeds, and registration errors—so production continues without stopping the press.

This printing and converting pallet is injection-molded from virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP), providing strong resistance to ink solvents, cleaning agents, and UV coatings common in commercial printing environments. Moisture-resistant and warp-free, it maintains consistent flatness critical for registration accuracy on high-speed presses, with a typical service life exceeding 5 years under daily use.

Weighing 15 kg, the printing and converting pallet fits standard full-sheet press formats and handles static loads up to 1,500 kg. Custom dimensions are available for non-standard paper sizes or specific press configurations.

Slotted Deck for Non-Stop Paper Feeding

Precision sword slots allow feeding knives to insert mid-run, supporting the sheet stack while the pallet is exchanged underneath — keeping the press running during pile changes. Compatible with automatic feeders, conveyor systems, and robotic arm integrations.

4-Way Forklift & Pallet Jack Entry

The 9-leg base supports entry from all four sides by both forklifts and pallet jacks, eliminating directional constraints on the press floor and reducing repositioning time during loading and unloading.
