What is the working principle of Printing Plastic Pallet?

A Plastic Printing Pallet enables uninterrupted printing by integrating precision “sword slots” into the deck. During pile change on a sheetfed press, non-stop feed swords are inserted (manually by the operator or automatically by the press using sensors/electric eyes) into these slots to temporarily support the sheet stack while the pallet/stack is exchanged and the feeder keeps running. The pallet’s tight tolerances and flat, rigid top prevent pile shift, misfeeds, and registration errors—so production continues without stopping the press.
