1500×1500 mm Grid-Deck Design: This plastic pallet for textile industry is designed for real factory use. The ventilated grid deck lets air flow freely, keeping yarn and fabric rolls dry and clean. It prevents moisture buildup and helps maintain product quality during spinning, dyeing, or finishing. It’s especially suitable for humid, washed, or freshly dyed fabrics that need extra ventilation.
Lightweight Yet Strong: At only 27.5 kg, this pallet is easy to handle but still built for strength. Without steel tubes, it carries 1 T dynamic / 4 T static load. With 15 reinforced steel pipes, capacity increases to 1.5 T dynamic / 6 T static / 1 T racking — strong enough for everyday textile operations.
Reinforced 3-Runner Base: The “3 runner”-style base gives the pallet excellent balance for stacking or racking. As a rackable plastic pallet, it works perfectly with beam racks and automated warehouse systems, keeping fabric rolls stable and safe during transport or storage.
Modular Assembly Craftsmanship: Built with a modular assembly process, the pallet allows quick replacement of parts when needed. This design keeps maintenance simple and cost-efficient. Every unit is tested carefully before leaving our Wuhan production line to ensure consistent quality.
