Closed solid deck keeps the surface hygienic. The sealed HDPE top prevents dust, liquid, and residue from entering the pallet. Four ribbed zones distribute load evenly, making these hygienic solid deck plastic pallets ideal for operations in food, beverage, or pharma facilities.
8 steel bars ensure high racking rigidity. With 8 internal steel reinforcements (7.5 kg total), each pallet holds up to 1000 kg on racks without deflection or twisting.
Three full-length runners stabilize heavy loads. The 3 continuous runners connect through transverse beams and vertical hollow columns, forming a rigid support grid. This structure keeps these pallets steady under 6000 kg static and 1500 kg dynamic capacity.
Four-way fork entry improves loading efficiency. Large chamfered openings on all sides guide forks smoothly and prevent scraping, allowing quick movement of plastic pallets in tight aisles or automated lines.
Reinforced edge frame and rounded corners resist impact. Thick sealed borders and large corner radii absorb forklift and conveyor contact, preventing cracks and extending lifespan — a key feature of plastic pallets designed for repeated use.
