Plastic Pallet Sleeve Container Construction

Our Honeycomb Pallet Sleeve Container is purpose-built for bulk logistics in India and global supply chains. The plastic box sleeves are manufactured from PP honeycomb board with 3200–3500 GSM weight, providing excellent impact resistance, compression strength, and durability while remaining lightweight for handling. All rims are fully sealed to ensure hygiene and easy cleaning in both food and chemical applications.

The pallet base and recessed lid are manufactured from twin-sheet thermoformed HDPE, supported by a 9-leg design for four-way forklift entry. The sleeve walls insert securely into the pallet edges, while the lid locks the structure into a stackable Sleeve Packs Container Box. Optional locking clips and reinforcement bars increase stability during heavy-duty storage and long-distance transport.
