Our 40 x 48 plastic pallets is a heavy duty solution engineered for automation. The heavy duty design resists deflection, keeps loads stable, and speeds handling to raise throughput. Raised safety lips at the deck edge reduce drop risk during moves, and optional steel reinforcement bars increase racking strength when higher beam loads are required. The HDPE deck wipes clean fast and meets FDA hygiene needs. As rackable plastic pallets and stackable units, they fit food, cold chain, pharma, and general warehousing!
