跳到内容 Floor moisture is one of the biggest risks in storage. Our plastic floor pallets are designed for wet storage environments — blocking ground moisture and keeping your goods dry throughout long-term storage and transport.
Our plastic floor pallets are built around one goal — keeping your goods completely away from ground moisture. HDPE doesn’t absorb water, and the one-piece injection molding process leaves no seams or gaps where moisture can collect. The open-grid or perforated surface lets water drain away from underneath, while the pallet itself lifts your goods off the floor entirely.
Despite the low-profile base design we use across this range, our nine-leg models still support four-way forklift entry — so you don’t have to choose between a low footprint and forklift compatibility. The same one-piece construction that keeps moisture out also makes these pallets highly resistant to cracking from dragging or impact, which is a common failure point on pallets used in wet environments.
Load capacity was another priority. Moisture protection isn’t only needed for light goods — high-value products often need it most. Even our interlocking moisture-proof board reaches a static load of 2 tons, and our heavier models go well beyond that. And because every model in this range is designed with a low base height, you get better use of vertical storage space without giving anything up on strength or functionality.

We offer a 3-year warranty. If any pallet is seriously damaged during normal use, just contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
Our pallets are certified under ISO 9001, and also meet REACH, FDA, RoHS, SGS, and GRS standards.
We’ve supplied pallets to companies including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, DHL, and Samsung. Contact us if you’d like to see the custom pallets we made for them.
MOQ is 500 pieces for damp proof plastic pallets and 300 pieces for nine-leg pallets. We focus on wholesale orders, so feel free to reach out for a bulk quote.
Since plastic floor pallets are used in fairly straightforward applications, we mostly handle size customization. That said, if you need a specific color or want your logo on the pallet, we’re happy to make that happen too.
Samples can be shipped within one week. For bulk orders, we’ll have everything ready and dispatched within 7–15 days.
